So anyone reading this that is planning to try it at some point, day 2 after going from 10 mg to 5 mg I have gotten a little recurrence of the dizziness. Not bad though, definitely manageable, but it occasionally makes me feel a little tired and nauseous. It's nothing like that first week though, so I can handle it!
