Anxiety buster: Cut down on caffeine

As I continue down my journey to get off of Paxil (I'm two weeks into it, feeling great, will cut it from 10 mg to 5 mg tonight), I realized another anxiety buster. Limit your caffeine intake!

Wow, I cannot have more than two cups of coffee in the morning or I get jumpy and I no longer like to have one in the afternoon. Wasn't that way before. And now that I'm sleeping better, I find I don't need as much. If you struggle with anxiety, keep that in mind. Caffeine can certainly
