Getting up earlier can energize your day...

Since Monday's little car adventure, I have been getting up exactly 15 minutes earlier. That's it. I have stuck with it all week and let me tell you, those 15 little minutes make a lot of difference. I get up, take my time, get Brady's lunch ready. No hurry. No rush. Time to breathe.

And then I can wake him a little slower and we are in a better mood. This one thing has made a very big difference in my energy level and the smoothness of my mornings. Just 15 minutes. Give it a try!
